Finance Solutions Engineer - EPM

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to design and build POCs that demonstrate value to prospective customers
• Translate customer requirements into Abacum models and beautiful dashboards
• Work across industries, quickly ramping on new business models and metrics
• Own and maintain demo environments, ensuring they are always up-to-date, reliable, and aligned with
• Create new demo assets and use cases to support different segments, industries, and sales motions
• Bring new product developments into demo environments, translating features into compelling

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in FP&A, Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency is essential)
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohorts)
• Solid understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly with a commercial mindset
• High learning velocity — comfortable picking up new tools (e.g. Abacum) fast
