📋 Description

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, reconciling actuals against
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, covering both
• Build and maintain the driver-based financial models that power analysis across Trading, Developer
• Investigate financial and operational data proactively to surface trends, anomalies, and
• Lead the month-end close process for your coverage areas, conducting detailed variance analysis and
• Present financial analysis during business reviews, translating complex data into clear

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, with
• Technical proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis, with exposure to planning tools
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations) to
• Track record of independently identifying financial trends or risks and escalating insights to
• Proven accuracy in financial close processes, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
