Finance Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments
• Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the
• Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration.
• Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations
• Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit

🎯 Requirements

• You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including
• You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data
• You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and
• You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants
• You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a
