Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the AP workflow. Manage invoices from intake through approval and payment.
• Keep financial data clean by coding expenses across GL accounts, departments, cost centers
• Run payment cycles. Prepare payment batches and payment reports for Finance leadership.
• Stay ahead of what we owe. Maintain AP aging and vendor schedules and help Finance understand cash
• Solve problems before they become problems. Investigate duplicate invoices, missing approvals
• Partner across the company to make invoice approvals, expense coding, and purchasing processes

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related analytical role.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including AP, GL coding and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and confidence with financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
