📋 Description

• Calculating sales compensation commissions and invoicing.
• Analyzing accounts and specialized reports, investigating discrepancies, validating calculations
• Carrying out monthly accruals, reconciliations.
• Participating in process improvement projects and ensuring effective accounting operations and
• Prepare reports and presentations - regularly prepare and generate reporting and presentations for
• Dashboard/ MI maintenance and management – wrangle and retrieve large data sets for consolidation

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical skills
• Good communication and consultation skills, both written and verbal in English
• Experience in sales compensation
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting
• Familiarity with the accounting standards and a degree in Business Management/ Finance / Accounting
• Change Management experience
