Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Manage headcount, vendor spend, hosting, and other expenses.
• Automate reporting using AI, BI, and analytics.
• Understand Cloud Hosting/Services models (ACV, revenue, utilization).
• Build and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and reports.
• Partner with leaders to optimize costs and drive transformation.
• Support month-end close and cross-functional finance initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A or related analytical role, SaaS/tech.
• Experience with expense planning, headcount, forecasting, and modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills for dynamic, scalable models.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, SAP.
• Experience using AI, automation, and BI to improve reporting.
