Financial Analyst, US Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Prepares and develops drafts of annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, including headcount
• Prepares SG&A variance analysis for each planning cycle and management reporting schedules
• Prepares and distributes monthly actuals package to business highlighting drivers of variance in
• Lead weekly Sales Pacing calls with marketing and sales leadership to forecast our monthly landing
• Partner with cost center owners for accurate tracking and management of promotional budget
• Works directly with Accounting Shared Service contact on monthly accruals, close and financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Preferred 2+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Execute priorities established by the Manager with speed and agility.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business partnering and cross functional collaboration
• Proficient Excel skills required.
