Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Lead and manage company finance and accounting initiatives, including budget, audit, and month-end
• Manage daily accounting functions for: General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable
• Lead and manage Accounting Operations including systems and processes, attaining goals, and
• Maintain accounting and finance Standard Operating Procedures and develop recommendations for
• Own financial reporting for internal, corporate, and peer group requirements
• Own the accurate and timely completion of all Lyra monthly reporting requirements, including

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience owning full-cycle accounting, monthly close, balance-sheet reconciliations, AP, AR
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely GAAP-compliant financial statements and explain results to
• Experience building budgets, rolling forecasts, cash forecasts, financial models, KPI scorecards
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP, PSA, and business-intelligence
