📋 Description

• Oversee the regular performance and continued effectiveness of financial responsibilities at a set
• Direct team(s) of financial professionals within designated region to effectively deliver on
• Ensure the effective execution of regular financial responsibilities—which include all aspects of
• Serve as financial business partner to operational leaders within respective region, as well as
• Develop and execute operational plans that will enhance the productivity and profitability of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field—or equivalent combination of
• Previous working experience, ideally 15 or more years, in a financial capacity within a
• Extensive executive level finance business partnering skills and experience, with a proven track
• Proven experience of working effectively within a global, matrixed organisation, managing offshore
• Demonstrable experience of people development; with a track record of managing, coaching and
• Demonstrated experience and success in managing operational finances and providing business
