📋 Description

• Lead global FCC transformation across operating model, processes, and controls.
• Build and drive the roadmap with priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Use AI, automation, and data tools to improve FCC tracking and reporting.
• Run governance across working groups, RAID, and executive updates.
• Turn complexity into clear plans with cross-functional partners.
• Define success metrics and transition to BAU.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large, multi-workstream transformations in financial services.
• Direct experience in financial crime changes (AML/CTF, sanctions, FCC ops).
• Proven AI, automation, and data tool usage to improve planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver global/multi-region programs across multiple institutions.
• Highly organized, hands-on, able to turn complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong executive presence and PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2).
