Financial Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage back-office risk controls over cash, suspense accounts, and exceptions.
• Run daily trust and custody computations by 12:00 PM SGT per SF(LCBR)R.
• Manage MT940 (Swift) messages and API pulls; reconcile ledgers.
• Reconcile security quantities with sub-custodian statements; verify no liens.
• Monitor TRR limits; prepare and submit quarterly MAS forms.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, RHS Clearing, and Engineering on system transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep MAS RBC, SF(LCBR)R regs knowledge for SG broker-dealers.
• 5+ years in financial operations or regulatory reporting in Singapore.
• Experience with back-office ledgers, Swift/API data feeds, and automation.
• Self-starter with proven success operating independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
