📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Customer Experience leadership through regular communication
• Connect financial analysis to Customer Experience strategy by advising on trade-offs involving
• Coordinate go-live forecasting with implementation teams, translating capacity, bookings, and
• Support executive-level reporting by preparing materials and delivering insights on go-lives
• Establish consistent definitions and a reliable single source of truth for Customer Experience
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Accounting, and broader FP&A teams to maintain alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic business
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities, with the ability to build and interpret
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools such as Adaptive or comparable
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights from large and complex datasets.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to operational priorities
