Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting packages, including Balance Sheets
• Assist in drafting quarterly and annual footnote disclosures and Management's Discussion &amp
• Create and maintain workpapers and supporting documentation for all SEC filings containing
• Support Investor Relations in developing the quarterly earnings release.
• Coordinate and address comments from legal, finance, management, and external auditors throughout
• Assist with maintaining and updating XBRL tagging for all relevant filings.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have a currently active CPA license.
• A minimum of five years of experience in public company audit, financial reporting and/or technical
• Experience in Public Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Experience with Workiva.
