Financial Services Appointment Setter

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using client-provided contact lists and approved calling systems
• Follow financial-services scripts while maintaining a professional, natural, and conversational
• Ask prospects about when they last reviewed their retirement accounts and communicate approved
• Generate interest and identify prospects who are appropriate for a consultation with a financial
• Handle basic objections confidently, professionally, and without being overly aggressive
• Schedule qualified prospects for Zoom consultations using Calendly and available appointment slots

🎯 Requirements

• Previous cold-calling experience is required, with demonstrated experience in appointment setting
• Experience using power dialer systems is required; familiarity with 2X systems is an advantage
• Experience in financial services, insurance, mortgage, banking, or a related field is preferred
• Strong spoken English with a native or near-native level of fluency and clear, professional
• Ability to work effectively from scripts while keeping conversations engaging and natural
• Confident and professional telephone presence with strong interpersonal and listening skills
