Financial Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for our merchants and commercial teams for financial related issues.
• Educate and advise our merchants’ financial teams on how to best gain value from our platform
• Receive and analyze merchant pain points and work closely with Adyen’s Finance Product and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with exposure to financial products (issuing, business accounts
• Strong finance and analytical skills, with the ability to easily get familiar with our internal
• Strong commercial sensibility and comfort in direct contact with merchants.
• Ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure and prioritize based on urgency, necessity
• Experience dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $80,000 - $105,000
