📋 Description

• Audit verification reports against QA rules for identity, matching, and data completeness.
• Execute Outreach QA on manual verifications (email, fax, phone, 3rd party).
• Use Internal Validator findings to confirm fields and flag illogical data.
• Document QA outcomes with evidence and rule references.
• Collaborate with Outreach/Transcription to resolve discrepancies.
• Support SLA/KPI by reviewing queued items and escalating risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with QA, audits, or compliance in background screening.
• Knowledge of Truework verification workflows; familiarity with QA rulesets/outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with structured notes; cite evidence for QA findings.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish soft vs hard fails; escalate and advise.
• Exposure to Looker-based sampling and/or dashboards for audits.
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling.
