📋 Description

• Assist in developing and presenting financial wellness program recommendations and action plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant resources, educational topics
• Conduct client discovery meetings to understand organizational objectives, company culture
• Gather and organize client information to support the development of tailored financial wellness
• Coordinate program launch activities and support the implementation of financial wellness
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and building

🎯 Requirements

• You have a four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You bring at least 7 years of related industry experience, particularly in retirement plans and
• You have experience with strategic planning, program development, and client engagement within
