📋 Description

• Set and drive the Fit & Size strategy in alignment with business priorities and customer needs
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Fit Designers to deliver strong results and continuous growth
• Analyze customer insights, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and drive
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed Fit & Size priorities into assortment planning and
• Drive efficient and effective ways of working in close partnership with Production and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in successfully leading a team
• Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into execution
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end product flow and business context
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions
• Strong understanding of technical product development
• At least 5+ years' experience in fit, size and pattern development
