• Build deep relationships with installation and Fleet partners, driving performance and improving
• Run partner performance reviews and identify improvement plans when partners miss KPIs
• Review deployment volume against partner capacity and negotiate expansion, rates, and agreements
• Lead commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms
• Design incentive programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs
• Lead commercial onboarding for new partners

• Strong relationship-building and operational performance management skills
• Comfortable holding partners accountable to clear standards while advocating for them internally
• Excellent communication and trust-building with partners and internal teams
• Calm under pressure; thrives in messy situations
• Experience working with physical-world programs and supporting field operators
• Motivated to build systems enabling thousands of technicians and partners
