Fleet Serving & Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct routine maintenance & servicing on a diverse fleet of AVs, ensuring reliability and
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Support high-profile AV readiness for demos, investor rides, and media-facing events.
• React to fleet faults in real-time, responding to reports from drivers and fleet monitoring systems.
• Work collaboratively with fleet service managers, drivers, and field engineering teams.
• Follow workshop safety protocols and maintain high health and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, such as Level 2
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in an automotive servicing or fleet environment.
• Strong diagnostics capability using OEM or third-party diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with mechanical and bodywork repairs using OEM repair manuals.
• Competence with computer systems for tracking and recording maintenance tasks (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Comfortable interacting with engineers, operations staff, and drivers.
