🎯 Requirements

3-4 years relevant Fleet Supervisor experience
Proven experience in fleet management or supervision, preferably in a multi-site environment
Strong working knowledge of transit vans, box trucks, and related vehicle systems
Hands-on mechanical ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance
Familiarity with California transportation compliance requirements, including DCC regulations
Proficiency in using fleet management software, GPS, and telematics systems
