📋 Description

• Welcome customers with a professional, friendly attitude, directing them and maintaining efficient
• Verify customer documents, check driver's license validity, assist customers in selecting the right
• Offer additional products and services (prepaid fuel, toll passes), address customer questions
• Complete return transactions by inspecting vehicles for damage, fuel, mileage, advising on final
• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body
• Prepare new vehicles for rental (documentation, decals, tags), enter into inventory system, oversee

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in sales, service, or hospitality
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities for fleet inventory and repair schedules
• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; authorized to work in the United States
• Basic computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork in fast-paced environment
