Fleet Support Administrator (Dulles Airport)

📋 Description

• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate with dealerships and
• Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, including adding documentation, decals, and tags, and adding them
• Oversee vehicle disposal preparation, including condition reports, equipment verification, and
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven insights and reporting
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills to work with all stakeholders
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
• Willingness to travel (5-10%), some by airplane
