Flights & Travel Team Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and coach Flights and Travel Consultants to meet sales, quality, productivity KPIs
• Drive exceptional customer experiences reflecting Luxury Escapes standards
• Support team development via training, mentoring, feedback
• Manage escalations and provide practical solutions
• Oversee use of systems: CRM, ticketing, airlines, tours, cruises, accommodation portals
• Monitor QA standards and keep knowledge up-to-date on LE products/promotions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership or management experience, ideally in a sales or travel environment
• GDS knowledge
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities
• Experience working under pressure while achieving KPIs
• High attention to detail with strong typing and system skills
