📋 Description

• Drive daily sales and KPI performance through effective floor leadership
• Support the execution of commercial priorities, promotions, and product launches
• Use store data and insights to identify opportunities and take action to improve results
• Maintain strong product knowledge and share commercial updates with the team
• Lead by example in delivering the Mulberry customer experience
• Be consistently present on the floor to coach and support the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
• Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
• Passion for retail and the Mulberry brand
