Flow Cytometry Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and execute multiparameter flow cytometry assays to characterize immune and
• Support immunophenotyping of PBMCs, primary cells derived from human biospecimens, and
• Develop and validate antibody panels for cell lineage, activation state, phenotype, and functional
• Perform sample preparation, staining, instrument setup, compensation, quality control, and
• Analyze flow cytometry data using appropriate software and statistical methods; generate
• Collaborate with scientists within the client team and broader Immunology teams to support

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. with 8+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
• Degree in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, including sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and
• Working knowledge of PBMC isolation, primary human cell handling, and immunophenotyping techniques.
• Experience with organoid models and/or human biospecimens and awareness of related handling and
• Strong understanding of immune cell markers and flow cytometry assay design.
