📋 Description

• Manage and grow strategic FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics partners in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage and onboard high-potential sellers and partners aligned with marketplace
• Own account performance and identify opportunities to drive growth, assortment expansion and
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and lead commercial negotiations.
• Identify assortment and selection gaps and develop opportunities based on market and competitor
• Develop and execute joint commercial and marketing plans with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics and/or e-commerce, ideally within the Saudi market.
• Proven experience in account management, key account management, partnerships or commercial roles.
• Experience managing large or strategic partners and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
• Good understanding of the Saudi retail and e-commerce landscape.
