Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Work directly with AI labs and enterprise partners to define research objectives, technical
• Translate ambiguous AI and research challenges into clearly scoped technical projects
• Build scalable data intelligence systems for collecting, organizing, evaluating, and continuously
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines supporting data curation, model training, evaluation
• Design data taxonomies, labeling systems, annotation workflows, and quality frameworks that improve
• Develop LLM-powered applications, including multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, multi-turn

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, and partner-facing environments
• Strong Python engineering skills with demonstrated experience building and shipping production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, multi-turn workflows, tool use, RAG, or AI-powered
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, ML infrastructure, evaluation systems, or
• Strong understanding of data quality, taxonomy design, labeling and annotation workflows, dataset
• Ability to work directly with technical partners, researchers, founders, and enterprise
