Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational constraints, technical
• Translate loosely defined business and operational challenges into clear technical plans
• Design and build AI agents that integrate with customer tools, data sources, APIs, and business
• Own deployments end to end, from initial prototype and testing through production launch
• Work with real-world customer data to validate solutions, evaluate performance, measure business
• Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs across architecture, reliability, development speed

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience building software, developing technical solutions, or solving complex
• Strong foundations in software architecture, system design, and programming.
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Ability to approach ambiguous technical or business problems with structure, initiative, and sound
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset to deliver working solutions.
• Confidence communicating directly with customers and stakeholders.
