📋 Description

• Work through the customer's reality and scope engagements before the deal closes, partnering with
• Turn true gaps into defined engagements with clear deliverables, estimates, and exit criteria; keep
• Build core platform features held to the same bar as product engineers, and hand off cleanly to
• Help Solution Architects and Account Executives recognize FDE opportunities and explain what FDE is

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped production software end to end in the last few years.
• Meet the same technical bar as Buildkite's product engineers.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and vice versa, staying composed with frustrated
• Comfortable with large enterprises: structured evaluations, security reviews, and executives.
• Able to scope vague asks into defined, shippable deliverables.
• Customer-first mindset (prefer solving customer problems over selling or building shiny things).
