Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze clients' business needs and translate them into deployable AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation.
• Integrate solutions into clients' existing environments (APIs, databases, business tools).
• Support teams in adopting deployed tools through evangelization, training, and iteration.
• Iterate with stakeholders to refine solutions in production and maximize impact.
• Contribute to internal research, offerings development, and publication strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production: prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agent orchestration.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, etc.).
• Comfortable with API integration and connecting heterogeneous systems.
• Can deploy and operate solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong client context and ability to bring non-technical teams along.
