Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end engagements: scoping, POC workshops, first live use case.
• Write production code (Python, TypeScript, Node) in customer codebases.
• Architect solutions passing Infosec and ARB reviews.
• Lead customer hackathons and builder activation events.
• Build reusable assets such as reference implementations, starter apps, and SDKs.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to turn reference architectures into deployable code.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, shipping production code (Python/TypeScript/Node).
• Strong fundamentals: API design, system architecture, testing, CI/CD.
• End-to-end engagements from POC to production deployments.
• Excellent communication and executive presence across C level and teams.
• Thrive in ambiguity with opinions loosely held.
• Understanding of Twilio products and SaaS market (cloud, Gen AI).
