📋 Description

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and
• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted technical expert, coding side-by-side to
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Contribute to the evolution of Forward Deployed Engineering by codifying best practices and sharing

🎯 Requirements

• A strong engineering background and experience building software with real-world usage. Experience
• Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational
• Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby.
• The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a
• Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range for candidates within the Chicago area is $160,000 - $213,300.
• Eligible for corporate bonus program or sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock
