Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Solutions (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Design, build, optimize AI agents using advanced prompt engineering
• Create structured workflows and decision trees
• Use LLMs (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, Llama) to build, test, refine agents
• Implement function-calling/tool-calling capability
• Configure constraints and guardrails to reduce hallucinations
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or
• 1+ years experience in AI product implementation, customer success engineering, or technical support
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable leading customer discussions and gathering requirements
• Strong hands-on with LLMs (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, workflow design
