Forward Deployed Engineer (Founding)

📋 Description

• Work directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from initial technical
• Lead customer calls, technical deep dives, and live pairing sessions to understand requirements and
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy product improvements.
• Investigate API behavior, integration failures, production issues, and platform limitations.
• Maintain clear communication throughout projects, providing timely updates and setting realistic

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience working directly with customers or developers.
• Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, data flows, and production
• Proven ability to work across application layers and contribute to product design and architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
