Forward Deployed Engineer (Founding)

📋 Description

• Work directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from initial technical
• Lead customer calls, technical deep dives, and live pairing sessions to understand requirements
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services, resolving complex
• Design, develop, test, and deploy product improvements, taking ownership of solutions from initial
• Investigate API behavior, integration failures, production issues, and platform limitations

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of full-stack software engineering experience, with a demonstrated ability to
• Experience working directly with customers or developers to understand technical requirements
• Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, data flows, and production
• Proven ability to work across application layers, contribute to product design and architecture
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, listen actively, understand customer
