🎯 Requirements

• CS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years building and shipping production software, including being on-call and debugging issues
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go
• Practical understanding of production issues: provider rate limits and quotas, timeout and retry
• Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes (secrets, config, upgrades)
