Forward Deployed Engineer, Generative AI

📋 Description

• Embed with Fixed Income teams in New York to identify AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders, risk, and compliance to shape AI solutions.
• Design and prototype AI apps using Python and OpenAI/Claude SDKs.
• Build AI for knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and docs.
• Create retrieval pipelines across structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance in production AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on Python and modern software practices.
• Experience building apps using Python and OpenAI or Claude Agent SDKs.
• Strong prompt engineering, including design, testing, grounding, and context management.
• Experience building AI/data-driven apps using APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise data.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, lead discovery, and translate problems into solutions.
