📋 Description

• Build and automate pipelines from funnel to closed-won revenue.
• Create a rep tooling layer to speed Maple AE.
• Work with sales, marketing, and ops to unlock growth.
• Keep data clean and systems running smoothly.
• Prototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations.
• Identify and implement future systems six months out.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in technical/ops/growth roles.
• Excited by the business problem behind engineering.
• Familiar with modern GTM: outbound, attribution, PLG, channels.
• Independent: propose options with an opinion on what’s right.
• Writes code that ships; prefers scrappy 40% solutions.
• Fluent with modern tools (Claude, Cursor, Linear, etc).
