📋 Description

• Design and build systems that remove friction from the way we sell.
• Make our data AI-ready and put it into the hands of tools, agents and sales reps.
• Consolidate our tools into one AI Sales Studio.
• Standardise data ingestion with a guaranteed format designed for AI.
• Make that data available in our apps and tools, so AEs can use it easily.
• Connect our tools through APIs and MCP (CRM, Chili Piper, Gong, Clay, Chargebee…) to remove

🎯 Requirements

• You understand at an advanced level how a system is built: functions, APIs, MCP, CI, deployment
• No need to code by hand: you know how to architect and get it built with AI.
• You have already shipped apps, agents or integrations with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
• Product mindset: you start from a business problem, not a technology, and ship small and fast.
• Business curiosity: you want to understand how we sell.
• Rigour in production: tests, rollback, not breaking what runs.
