📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Service Operations solutions.
• Work directly with key clients on-site or embedded within their teams to solve architectural
• Oversee delivery quality, best practices, and technical excellence across Service Operations
• Guide and upskill senior/junior consultants within local and regional delivery teams.
• Partner with sales and domain leads to drive presales, design solutions, respond to RFPs, and demo

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience as Architect or Lead/Principal Consultant.
• Experience with discovery workshops, solution proposals, and pitching to senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS in relevant modules, CAD.
• Fluent English.
• Project management skills and consultative approach.
• Presales support, scoping projects, estimating effort, creating SOWs.
