Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer, New Grad - US Government

📋 Description

• Handle support and ops for Palantir software, incl monitoring and upgrades
• Deploy Palantir products at customer deployments and migrations
• Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir services for reliability and scalability
• Automate workflows and runbooks to reduce manual operations
• Provide troubleshooting for production issues; participate in on-call
• Develop solutions in Foundry and Apollo to address infra challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background in CS, Math, SE, Physics, or Data Science
• Proficient in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Active US security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Comfort with large-scale production systems: load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, config management
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using observability tools and logs
• Autonomy with rapid iteration and strong cross-functional communication
