📋 Description

• Deliver customer implementations for API integrations.
• Serve as key technical contact for customers' integrations.
• Advise on user flows and endpoints for best UX.
• Lead project management of complex, multi-geography integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across BD, Product, Marketing, and Eng.
• Identify and scope new features with product and engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Implementation/Professional Services or Product at B2B/SaaS
• Experience with complex API integrations in FinTech or HR
• Strong PM skills in fast-moving, high-priority environments
• Deep understanding of APIs and webhooks; influence product development
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
