🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record applying ML / data science to real-world commercial problems, ideally with
• The instinct to own outcomes, not tasks — you take an ambiguous problem and drive it to a result
• Fluent programming (Python and SQL) and the ability to pick up whatever a problem demands.
• Excellent communication — you can take a customer executive from confusion to confidence, and
• Comfort with ambiguity, direct customer contact, and the pace of a team that ships.
• Bonus: experience with agentic / LLM-based systems, or building ML in production.
