Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer (Canada)

📋 Description

• Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live
• Run meetings and manage the project plan independently, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions for our customers
• Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and experienced operators, to adopt Lyric’s
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and into steady-state monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator, building
• Comfortable owning a workstream hands-on: running meetings independently, building project plans
• Supply chain consulting background preferred; oil & gas industry experience is a plus but not
• Adept program and project management skills
• High energy, high agency, and comfortable navigating a large, complex client organization
• Strong communicator, especially with engineers and experienced, non-technical, operator-type
