📋 Description

• Work closely with the founders on some of the most important problems at the company
• Take a new idea from a rough hypothesis to something we can actually test
• Dig into a part of the business that isn't working well, understand why, and fix it
• Work on growth for an existing product, including talking to customers, improving positioning
• Research a new market, product, partnership, or business opportunity and decide whether it is worth
• Build a process or internal tool where none exists today

🎯 Requirements

• You're good at figuring things out - take a vaguely defined problem, ask the right questions, and
• You're comfortable doing the work yourself - talk to customers, go through data, write copy, build
• You have good business judgement - distinguish between something interesting and something that
• You're comfortable with numbers and technology - work with data and use technology to make yourself
• You communicate clearly - write well, explain what you've learned, and say when something isn't
• You take ownership - once you take something on, the founders shouldn't have to keep checking
