• Founding engineer joining after the founder to shape the technical foundation
• Work across product, architecture, data, retrieval, search, and AI systems
• Own architectural decisions in ambiguity; build systems from first principles
• You won't inherit a roadmap; you'll help create it
• Graph-based retrieval systems and semantic search infrastructure
• Knowledge representation, entity relationships, and personalization data models

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong architectural and systems design skills
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Ability to move from idea to implementation without waiting for detailed specifications
• Pragmatic mindset focused on shipping, learning, and improving
• Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and related areas
