📋 Description

• Lead T&E matters end to end, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare
• Build long-term relationships with individuals, families, founders, and the financial advisors who
• Partner with our engineers to turn your practice judgment into workflows, drafting tools, and
• Help set and document the standard of care so it can be taught to the attorneys who join after you
• Mentor and help recruit the next associates and partners, and shape the culture they inherit
• You will set the tone of the firm, for the clients we serve, for the attorneys who join after you

🎯 Requirements

• A T&E attorney with significant sophisticated planning experience, licensed and in good
• Exceptional at the work and deeply focused on the client experience
• Excited to help design what technology-enabled legal services look like, rather than reacting to it
• Comfortable with ambiguity: shipping, revising, and putting your name on something new
• Drawn to serving people who need real counsel at a price they can afford
• Bonus points: experience with probate and trust administration, high-volume or multi-state
