📋 Description

• Define design direction for product and brand for US launch.
• Build design systems, practices, and feedback loops to scale.
• Turn complex regulatory workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with Head of Product and engineers on production-ready UI.
• Own end-to-end customer journeys and in-house product ownership.
• Stay close to the work with prototypes and customer interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design with end-to-end impact.
• In-house experience owning complete customer journeys.
• Portfolio showing exceptional visual design and impact.
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping.
• Independently lead discovery: interviews, prototypes, usability tests.
• Experience designing complex, multi-party or regulated products.
