Founding Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own problems end-to-end — from edge device, through the cloud platform, to the surface a safety
• Move fluidly between platform/infrastructure and product/experience tasks as needed.
• Talk to customers directly and turn feedback into shipped features.
• Cloud ingestion and storage: real-time event streaming, time-series/event storage, and data model
• Multi-tenancy, identity, and access control: manage multiple customers/sites, RBAC, authentication
• Infrastructure and DevOps: manage AWS, containerized deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Systems thinking — reason about problems end-to-end and make sound calls with incomplete
• Dynamic range — move between infra, product/UX, and customer conversations fluidly.
• Bias to action and full ownership.
• Direct customer experience — worked directly with customers or end users.
• Full-stack comfort: modern backend language (Go, Python, Java).
